As all garments are custom made we cannot provide a refund or replacement once the order has been submitted.

A replacement item will only be arranged if the item received is confirmed defective.

The default delivery option for all online purchases is collection from the Concordia Lutheran College Uniform Shop. Please select pick up from club (Concordia Lutheran College) at check out, there is no added cost for this.

 To collect purchases from the school you will need to present either proof of purchase (copy of your online invoice) or proof of ID.
